With Anthony Hopkins as Alfred Hitchcock and Helen Mirren as his wife Alma the film Hitchcock, in cinemas now, is sure to be great. It follows the course of their relationship throughout the filming of Psycho. Scarlett Johansson stars as Janet Leigh and Toni Collette gives a fantastic performance as Hitchcock’s secretary Peggy Robertson. All three leading ladies wear fantastic vintage glasses and cat eye sunglasses.

If you go to see Brighton Rock this weekend be sure to look out for fantastic 1950s and 60s style frames. Both the book and original 1947 film were set in the 1930s but this version, directed by Rowan Joffe and starring Sam Riley, Andrea Riseborough, Helen Mirren and John Hurt, is set in 1960s Brighton.
